Eligibility Criteria for EntrePass Application

✅ Be at least 21 years old.

✅ Currently running or planning to register a private limited company (Pte Ltd) in Singapore, or the company has been registered for less than 6 months.

✅ The business must not fall under the categories of coffee shops, hawker centres/food courts, entertainment outlets, traditional Chinese medicine, employment agencies, or geomancy businesses.

✅ Apply as an Entrepreneur, Innovator, or Investor, and meet at least one of the following innovation criteria.

✅ Entrepreneur: Has raised at least SGD 100,000 in funding from a government-recognized investor; or participates in an accredited startup program; or possesses significant business experience and networks.

✅ Innovator: Holds intellectual property such as patents or trademarks; or collaborates with local research institutions; or demonstrates outstanding technical or professional expertise in a relevant field.

✅ Investor: Has a proven track record in business investments and is willing to make substantial investments in local companies.
